Proposal Guidelines

Does your club want to run an activity/event or fundraise? Do you want to start a new club? Is there an AIS policy that you'd like to see changed? Follow these simple steps and you'll be heading in the right direction!

1. Write a proposal for your activity/event, fundraiser, club, or policy using the appropriate guide below.

2. Submit your proposal to the Student Council with the button below and wait for the Student Council's feedback.

3. Make any changes to the proposal document based on the feedback from the Student Council.
4. Once approved, the Student Council will submit your proposal to Mr. Ris for final approval.
5. Wait until you receive final approval before proceeding with your plans.
